Who We Are

The over-arching intent of Aspen Gate is to be a training organisation of repute for NDIS and Aged Care courses to people living in Melbourne and its environs. To ensure services are delivered by staff with the required skills, Aspen Gate is fully aware of the need to deliver, inter alia, quality training under Aspen Gate Training. Aspen Gate Training further appreciates the importance of building relationships, providing care support which meets the customer’s needs and driven by values and behaviours to support people with disability and aged to realise their goals and aspirations. To that extent, training will be focused on transferable skills such as customer service and relationship building as essential skills; as well as empowering front line workers to respond effectively and efficiently to the individual needs of the people they support on a day-to-day basis.
Aspen Gate Pty Ltd was registered on July 2024 as a proprietary company limited by shares incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 and regulated by ASIC. It is owned by two directors with a 50% shareholding by each director with one director nominated in charge of the day today management of the organisation (an ‘executive officer’). This is the person legally responsible for Aspen Gate Training as an RTO and its compliance with the VET Quality Framework and the NVETR.

Short-Term Goals

  • Register with Australian Skills Quality Authority as a Registered Training Organisation
  • Deliver quality training in Certificate III in Individual Support to entry level workers who want to work specifically in home and community care settings
  • Work with the local community and stakeholders and contribute to quality training and service to meet the local community needs

Long-Term Goals

  • Offer training to meet the local need (not necessarily to employees in Aspen Gate)
  • Expand the scope of registration to include training in Aged Care and Disability to increase our market share
  • Consistently be innovative in the delivery of our training programs, taking advantage of the dynamic technological infrastructure
